Aren’t you just sick over dieting? Every day it seems some expert is claiming he has the answer to your weight problem. If you are still convinced losing massive amounts of weight in a short period of time is good for you think again. Weight loss may mean muscle loss. Losing muscle tissue isn’t going to help you burn calories. Strength training to loss weight is a more sensible plan. Well by looking at the star celebrities posing with all that extra poundage you have to wonder what’s up with all that beef? Everyone of these star levels and I do mean star levels as in the B,C and D list are fighting the battle of fat and it isn’t going to be easy for them. So is that why they make it so public? They like to keep their names and faces in the papers or magazines and websites. Hey they are celebrities. Celebrities like to expose their image as much as possible.
