A necklace, butterfly type, is one of the most elegant you can wear. This is my personal opinion, but I think it has merit. When it’s cold outside, the first thing the kids do when they get off the school bus is run into the kitchen looking for something “yummy for their tummies”. I typically like to make my own hot cocoa, but most days when the kids come slamming into the kitchen after school, I’m in the middle of fixing dinner. Rather than preparing pre-packaged hot chocolate mixes, which can taste watery and bland, I have my own Creamy Hot Cocoa Mix ready to go. For many years we’ve been using this old, stainless steel double-burner nonstick griddle on our cook top to make pancakes, eggs, hash browns, and other breakfast favorites. We’ve gotten good use out of this old griddle, but it’s seen better days. The handles have become a bit scorched over time and the nonstick is not quite as nonstick as it once was.
