One of my other favorites with this simple recipe is trying different meats or cuts of meats.  If I substitute little chicken drummies for the legs, we have ourselves a meal that’s ready for game time for our sports fans.  I also like the crockpot recipes for creating sandwich meats, like a pulled-pork sandwich using a pork shoulder instead of the chicken legs.  That’s why I love my crockpot!  I can create an endless list of meals without spending all day at the stove and sink.
