For many years we’ve been using this old, stainless steel double-burner nonstick griddle on our cook top to make pancakes, eggs, hash browns, and other breakfast favorites. We’ve gotten good use out of this old griddle, but it’s seen better days. The handles have become a bit scorched over time and the nonstick is not quite as nonstick as it once was. But it can be hard to part with such a well-used and well-loved piece of kitchen equipment. That is, until I found this fabulous Family-Size Electric Griddle from Black and Decker.
I really like the fact that it’s electric so we won’t have to regulate our stove top settings in order to cook our food. The griddle has a nice large eleven inch by twenty-one inch cooking surface giving us plenty of room to cook on plus it’s totally immersible in water for easy clean-up when we’re done. It has a handy warming tray attached and a run-off channel so that the extra fats drain away from our meal. I absolutely love our new nonstick electric griddle and I know we’ll be using it for many years to come.
